Return & Exchange Policy

All cannabis sales are final under NYS OCM regulations. No refunds are permitted.

Exchanges may be offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly packaged products. Products must be returned in original packaging with all OCM labels and must be accompanied by a receipt.

Exchanges are allowed within 72 hours of purchase and are subject to staff inspection. Opened, used, or customer-damaged items cannot be exchanged.

Buzz WNY may adjust the return process if an incorrect product was provided due to store error.
